We're a small UK operation posting orders out by Royal Mail next-day where we can, and by tracked courier for anything bigger. From order confirmation to doorstep is usually two to four working days across mainland Britain, a little longer for the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland. If you're in a hurry, message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to get you sorted quickly.
Every STOMAGUARD goes out in plain packaging, no branding on the outside, no awkward delivery slips. Orders are processed by the same people who make the product, so if you need to ask something before or after dispatch, you're talking to someone who actually knows the answer.
Most of our orders head to England: London and the South East, the South West, the Midlands, Yorkshire, and the North. Royal Mail next-day reaches the vast majority of English postcodes, and we work with a handful of stoma nurses in NHS trusts who pass our details on when patients ask about protection.
Central belt cities (Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dundee) see standard UK delivery times. Highlands and Islands postcodes (IV, KW, HS, ZE) normally add a working day, sometimes two in quieter seasons. If you're in a remote spot, tell us on the contact form and we'll pick the carrier with the best chance of a quick turnaround.
Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Wrexham, and the valleys in between. Rugby is close to home in Wales, and plenty of our Welsh customers buy a shield specifically for returning to the club after surgery. Rural mid-Wales and the north coast (Anglesey, Aberystwyth, Pwllheli) are covered by standard UK post, usually within three working days.
Belfast, Derry/Londonderry, Lisburn, and all BT postcodes. Allow an extra working day on top of mainland times. We can invoice in GBP, and for NHS / HSC clinic orders we'll sort paperwork to whatever format your trust needs.
Working with stoma clinics and charities
Alongside individual orders, we send STOMAGUARD shields out to stoma care clinics, patient advocacy groups, and registered charities across all four UK nations. Outside the UK? We do take international enquiries, mostly from Ireland, the Channel Islands, and a handful of European countries. Postage is quoted case by case. Email or WhatsApp us with your address and we'll come back with a price.
